Incentive Stock Option means an Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".
Company Stock Options means all options to purchase shares of Company Stock whether granted by the Company pursuant to a Company Equity Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted. Option Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and an Optionholder evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Option grant. Each Option Agreement shall be subject to the terms and stock options certificate of the Plan.
Non-Statutory Stock Option means a right to purchase Common Stock granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 6 of the Plan that does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option. Incentive Option means an option which satisfies the requirements of Code Section Stock Grant Agreement means the agreement between the Company and a Grantee who is awarded Shares under the Plan that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the award of such Shares.
Nonqualified Stock Option means an Option that is not stock options certificate Incentive Stock Option. Restricted Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Award grant. Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
Award Agreement means the written or electronic agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan.
